THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED AGREEMENT OF LIMITED PARTNERSHIP OF LIFE STORAGE LP (as amended, supplemented or restated from time to time, this “Agreement”), dated as of June 4, 2021, is entered into by and among LIFE STORAGE HOLDINGS, INC., a Delaware corporation, as general partner, LIFE STORAGE, INC., a Maryland corporation, as a limited partner, and the Persons (as hereinafter defined) whose names are set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto, as limited partners, and any Additional Limited Partner that is admitted from time to time to the Partnership and listed on Exhibit A attached hereto.
