VOTING AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), dated as of April , 2021, by and among Eastern Bankshares, Inc., a Massachusetts corporation (“Buyer”), Clarion Acquisition Corp., a Massachusetts corporation (“Merger Sub,” and together with Buyer, “Buyers”) and the undersigned holder (the “Shareholder”) of Class A Common Stock, par value $1.00 per share (the “Class A Common Stock”) and/or Class B Common Stock, par value $1.00 per share (the “Class B Common Stock, and, together with the Class A Common Stock, the “Common Stock”), of Century Bancorp, Inc., a Massachusetts corporation (“Company”).
