AGREEMENT made this 30th day of October, 2020, by and between Dimensional ETF Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the Dimensional International Value ETF (formerly Tax-Managed DFA International Value ETF) (the “ETF Fund”), a separate series of the Trust, and DIMENSIONAL FUND ADVISORS LP, a Delaware limited partnership (the “Manager”), amending and restating the Investment Management Agreement dated September 18, 2020, to lower the fee rate paid to the Manager.
