This Amended and Restated Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated as of January 29, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), is made by and between Seres Therapeutics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (together with any successor thereto, the “Company”), and Thomas J. DesRosier (“Executive”) (collectively referred to as the “Parties” or individually referred to as a “Party”).
