Upon the effectiveness of the Company’s initial public offering, this letter agreement shall amend and supersede in its entirety any and all prior letter or other written or oral agreements regarding the terms of your employment with the Company, but does not affect your existing confidentiality agreements with the Company or your equity related agreements except as expressly set forth herein.
