This First Supplemental Indenture (this “Supplemental Indenture”) is made and entered into as of this 31st day of December, 2020, between Chart Industries, Inc., a Delaware Corporation (the “Company”) and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee (the “Trustee”).
