Square, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), proposes, subject to the terms and conditions stated in this purchase agreement (this “Agreement”), to issue and sell to the Purchasers named in Schedule I hereto (the “Purchasers”), for whom Goldman Sachs & Co. This SECOND AMENDMENT (this “Amendment”), dated as of November 9, 2020, to the Revolving Credit Agreement dated as of May 1, 2020 (as amended by the First Amendment to Revolving Credit Agreement, dated as of May 28, 2020 and as further amended, supplemented, amended and restated or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Credit Agreement”), among Square, Inc.
