This Amended and Restated Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”), is made and entered into on August 27, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), by and among Cushman & Wakefield Global, Inc. (the “Employer”), Cushman & Wakefield plc (“Parent”, and, as the context requires, together with the Employer and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, predecessors, successors and assigns, the “Company”) and Brett White (“Executive”).
