AGREEMENT, effective as of June 10, 2020 between and among Blackstone Alternative Investment Advisors LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Adviser”), G10 Capital Limited, a private limited company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales (“G10”), and Bayforest Capital Limited, a private limited company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales (“Bayforest” and, together with G10, the “Sub-Adviser” and each separately a “Sub-Adviser Entity”).
