This Support Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of July 15, 2020, by and among Fortress Value Acquisition Corp., a Delaware corporation (“Parent”), and the other Persons whose names appear on the signature pages hereto (each such Person, a “Seller Unitholder” and, collectively, the “Seller Unitholders”).
