This AMENDMENT (the “Amendment”) to the Third Amended And Restated Administrative and Investor Services Agreement dated as of June 30, 2019 (as amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Agreement”) is made as of April 1, 2020, by and between SkyBridge Capital II, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Administrator” or “SkyBridge”), and SkyBridge Multi-Adviser Hedge Fund Portfolios LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”). Capitalized terms used in this Amendment without definition shall have the respective meanings ascribed to such terms in the Agreement.
