This FIRST AMENDMENT TO THIRD AMENDED AND RESTATED REVOLVING CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”), dated as of April 6, 2020, is entered into by and among TCW DIRECT LENDING LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Borrower”), Natixis, New York Branch (in its individual capacity, “Natixis”), as administrative agent for the Lenders (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”), and the Lenders listed on the signature pages hereof.
