This Third Amendment to Loan and Security Agreement (this "Amendment"), dated as of April 3, 2020, is entered into by and among GOLDMAN SACHS PRIVATE MIDDLE MARKET CREDIT SPV LLC (the "Company"), JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as lender (the "Lender") and administrative agent (the "Administrative Agent"), GOLDMAN SACHS PRIVATE MIDDLE MARKET CREDIT LLC, as portfolio manager (the "Portfolio Manager") and STATE STREET BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, as collateral agent (in such capacity, the "Collateral Agent"), collateral administrator (in such capacity, the "Collateral Administrator") and intermediary (in such capacity, the "Intermediary").
