THIS SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of September 11, 2019 by and between Park Avenue Institutional Advisers LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Adviser”), and Columbia Management Investment Advisers, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company located at 225 Franklin Street, Boston, MA 02110 (the “Sub-Adviser”) and, as a third-party beneficiary hereto, Guardian Variable Products Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”).
