This Amendment (the “Amendment”) is made and entered into as of the 2nd day of October, 2017 between RBC Global Asset Management (U.S.) Inc. (the “Adviser”), a Minnesota corporation, BlueBay Asset Management LLP (“BlueBay U.K.”), a limited liability partnership incorporated in England and Wales, and BlueBay Asset Management USA LLC (“BlueBay U.S.”), a Delaware limited liability company.

THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into on September 22, 2016, by and between RBC Funds Trust (formerly Tamarack Funds Trust), a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf its series listed on Exhibit A hereto (the “Funds”), and RBC Global Asset Management (U.S.) Inc., a Minnesota corporation (the “Adviser”) amends and restates in its entirety the Investment Advisory Agreement between the Trust and the Adviser relating to the Funds, as amended and restated from time to time.
