CONSULTING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of December 31, 2019, and effective as of the Effective Time, is entered into by and between OceanFirst Financial Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), OceanFirst Bank, National Association, a national banking association and a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company (the “Company Bank”) and William D.
