CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of November 17, 2006, as amended and restated as of May 4, 2011 and February 26, 2014 and as further supplemented as of June 10, 2015, March 18, 2016, August 15, 2016, February 15, 2017 and March 20, 2017, as further amended and restated as of June 28, 2017 and as further supplemented as of March 13, 2018, among HCA Inc., a Delaware corporation (“HCA” or the “Borrower”), the lending institutions from time to time parties hereto (each a “Lender” and, collectively, the “Lenders”) and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., as Administrative Agent, Swingline Lender and Letter of Credit Issuer (such terms and each other capitalized term used but not defined in this preamble having the meaning provided in Section 1).
