The purpose of this document (the “Amended and Restated Offer Letter Agreement”) is to amend and restate the offer letter agreement entered into on March 23, 2016, and later amended on January 30, 2017, between you and GI Dynamics, Inc. (the “Company”), in order to reflect negotiated and mutually acceptable new provisions pertaining to your continued employment with the Company.
