AGREEMENT made as of the 31st day of January, 2019, between AMG Funds LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the state of Delaware and having its principal place of business in Greenwich, Connecticut (the “Adviser”) and GW&K INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware and having its principal place of business at 222 Berkeley Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02116 (the “Subadviser”).
