AGREEMENT, dated as of January 1, 2019, between iShares, Inc., a Maryland corporation, iShares U.S. ETF Company, Inc., a Maryland corporation, iShares U.S. ETF Trust, a Delaware statutory trust, and iShares Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (each singly and together, the “Company”), each acting on behalf of the funds listed on Schedule A hereto and any future series or portfolio of the Company (each, a “Fund” and collectively, the “Funds”), and BlackRock Institutional Trust Company, N.A., a national banking association (“BTC”) and its successors.
