AGREEMENT made this 28th day of February, 2019, by and between DFA INVESTMENT DIMENSIONS GROUP INC., a Maryland corporation (the “Fund”), on behalf of the Dimensional 2005 Target Date Retirement Income Fund (the “Portfolio”), a separate series of the Fund, and DIMENSIONAL FUND ADVISORS LP, a Delaware limited partnership (the “Manager”), amending and restating the Investment Management Agreement dated July 21, 2015, to lower the fee rate paid to the Manager.
