This LIMITED WAIVER AND FIRST AMENDMENT TO AMENDED AND RESTATED BUSINESS LOAN AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”), dated as of September 21, 2018 (“First Amendment Effective Date”), is made and entered into by and among ZB, N.A.
