THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 19 day of July, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), by and between PRIME MERIDIAN HOLDING COMPANY, a Florida corporation (the “Holding Company”), PRIME MERIDIAN BANK, a Florida bank and wholly owned subsidiary of the Holding Company (the “Bank”), and SAMMIE D. DIXON, JR. (“Executive”). The Holding Company and the Bank are collectively referred to herein as the “Bank.”
