BERNSTEIN FUND, INC., a Maryland corporation (the “Fund”), and ALLIANCEBERNSTEIN INVESTOR SERVICES, INC. (formerly, Alliance Global Investor Services, Inc.), a Delaware corporation (the “ABIS”).
