Andres Brugal (hereafter referred to as “the Employee”) and Intevac, Inc. (hereafter referred to as “Intevac” or “the Company”) mutually desire to define their rights and liabilities with respect to one another in connection with the termination of the Employee’s employment with Intevac and/or any of its parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities on February 16, 2018.
