THIS AGREEMENT is made this day of , among THRIVENT SERIES FUND, INC., a corporation formed under the laws of Minnesota (the “Fund”), THRIVENT FINANCIAL FOR LUTHERANS, a life insurance company organized under the laws of the State of Wisconsin (the “Administrator”), and LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, a life insurance company organized under the laws of the State of (the “Company”), on its own behalf and on behalf of each segregated asset account of the Company set forth on Appendix A, as may be amended from time to time (the “Accounts”).
