This Amended and Restated 5-Year Eurocurrency Credit Agreement, dated as of July 14, 2011, as amended and restated as of November 10, 2015, and as further amended and restated as of March 16, 2018, is entered into among General Dynamics Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), the lenders party hereto (the “Lenders”), JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Administrative Agent, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Syndication Agent, and Bank of America, N.A., Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A. New York Branch, and Lloyds Bank plc, as Co-Documentation Agents. The parties hereto agree as follows:
