(the “Company”) acknowledges your intent to resign as President, Nutri-Force Nutrition and as an officer and/or employee of the Company and all of its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates. This letter agreement (the “Agreement”) confirms the terms the Company is offering you in exchange for your remaining as an employee of the Company through no later than March 30, 2018.
