INDENTURE, dated as of September 15, 2017 among EATON CORPORATION, a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Ohio (herein called the “Company”), having its principal office at 1000 Eaton Blvd., Cleveland, OH 44122, an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of Eaton Corporation plc, an Irish public limited company (the “Parent”), the Guarantors (as defined below) and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., a national banking association duly organized and existing under the laws of the United States, as Trustee (the “Trustee”).
