This AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of July 25, 2017, is entered into by and between Spirit Realty Capital, Inc., a Maryland corporation (including any successors and/or assigns, the “Company”) and Jackson Hsieh (the “Employee”).
