THIS AGREEMENT AND PLAN OF MERGER is made as of May 26, 2017, by and among CardConnect Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), First Data Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“Parent”), and Minglewood Merger Sub Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Merger Sub”).
