CREDIT AGREEMENT (as amended, modified, restated, supplemented and in effect from time to time, herein called this “Agreement”) dated as of December 1, 2016 (the “Effective Date”), among SOLARIS OILFIELD INFRASTRUCTURE, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, the LENDERS party hereto, and WOODFOREST NATIONAL BANK, as Administrative Agent for the Lenders. THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is made and entered into as of , 2017 by and among SOLARIS OILFIELD INFRASTRUCTURE, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Borrower”); each of the Lenders which is a party to the Credit Agreement (as defined below) (individually, a “Lender” and, collectively, the “Lenders”), and WOODFOREST NATIONAL BANK, acting as administrative agent for the Lenders (in such capacity, together with its successors in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”).
