This MASTER PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of December 21, 2016 by and between PerkinElmer, Inc., a Massachusetts corporation (“PKI”) and Varian Medical Systems, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Buyer”).
