This SEPARATION AND DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT, dated as of September 7, 2016 (this “Agreement”), is by and between Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company, a Delaware corporation (“Houston”), and Seattle SpinCo, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Seattle”).
