THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is hereby entered into as of August 17, 2016 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Valeant Pharmaceuticals International, Inc., a Canadian corporation (the “Company”), and Paul Herendeen, an individual (the “Executive”) (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the parties”).
