This EXPENSE LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of the 19th day of August, by and between ANCHOR SERIES TRUST, a Massachusetts business trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the STRATEGIC MULTI-ASSET PORTFOLIO (the “Portfolio”), and SUNAMERICA ASSET MANAGEMENT, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Adviser”).
