THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 1st day of August, 2016 (the “Effective Date”), by and between II-VI INCORPORATED, a Pennsylvania corporation, having a principal place of business at 375 Saxonburg Boulevard, Saxonburg, Butler County, Pennsylvania 16056 (the “Employer”), and Vincent D. Mattera, Jr., of 1320 Highland Drive, Orefield, PA 18069 (the “Employee”).
