As we discussed, the purpose of this letter is to confirm the updated details related to the package that Premier HealthCare Solutions, Inc. (“Premier”) will provide you in exchange for your entering into this Transition Agreement and Release (the “Agreement”). Because of various requirements relating to separations, some of the language in the Agreement is somewhat formal, for which we apologize.
