THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 27th day of April, 2016 by and between FARO Technologies, Inc., a Florida corporation (the “Company”), and Joseph Arezone (“Executive”), to be effective as of April 25, 2016 (the “Effective Date”).
