FOURTH SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE, dated as of March 18, 2016 (this “Supplemental Indenture”), between Radian Group Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and U.S. Bank National Association, a national banking association organized under the laws of the United States, as trustee (the “Trustee”), supplementing the Senior Indenture, dated as of March 4, 2013, between the Company and the Trustee (the “Original Indenture” and, as amended and supplemented by this Supplemental Indenture, and as it may be further amended or supplemented from time to time, the “Indenture”).
