This EMPLOYMENT AND NON-COMPETITION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is effective as of February 25, 2016 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Addus HealthCare, Inc., an Illinois corporation (the “Company”), and James Zoccoli, an individual domiciled in the State of Texas (the “Executive”).
