THIS LICENSE AND COLLABORATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of December 16, 2015 (the “Execution Date”) by and among GALAPAGOS NV, a corporation organized under the laws of Belgium and having its principal place of business at Generaal de Wittelaan L11 A3, 2800 Mechelen, Belgium (“Galapagos”), and GILEAD BIOPHARMACEUTICS IRELAND UNLIMITED COMPANY, an unlimited liability company formed under the laws of Ireland, (“Gilead”).
