THIS OFFICE LEASE AGREEMENT (this “Lease”) is made and entered into as of December 21, 2015, by and between FOUR STAMFORD PLAZA OWNER LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (Landlord”), and CARA THERAPEUTICS, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Tenant”).
