AGREEMENT, made this 9th day of September, 2015, between J.P. Morgan Exchange-Traded Fund Trust, a statutory trust organized under the laws of the State of Delaware (the “Trust”), on behalf of the series of the Trust set forth in Schedule A (each, a “Fund”), and J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Adviser”). This Agreement shall be effective as of September 9, 2015.
