THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into on August 2, 2015, effective as of August 31, 2015 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Sprint Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) on behalf of itself and any of its subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities, and Tarek Robbiati (the “Executive”) (the Company and the Executive, collectively, the “Parties,” and each, a “Party”).
