This CREDIT AGREEMENT (as amended, restated, amended and restated or otherwise modified from time to time, this “Agreement”) is entered into as of June 18, 2015 among BRASA (PURCHASER) INC., a Delaware corporation (“Holdings”), BRASA (HOLDINGS) INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), each lender from time to time party hereto (collectively, the “Lenders” and individually, each a “Lender”), WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Administrative Agent (as defined herein), and WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION and JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., as L/C Issuers (as defined herein).
