This Registration Rights Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of May 22, 2015, by and among Columbia Pipeline Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), the guarantors listed on the signature pages hereto (collectively, the “Guarantors” and each a “Guarantor”), and J.P.
