This BRIDGE CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is dated as of April 24, 2015 among MYLAN N.V., a public limited company (naamloze vennootschap) organized and existing under the laws of the Netherlands, with its corporate seat (statutaire zetel) in Amsterdam, the Netherlands (the “Borrower”), certain Affiliates and Subsidiaries of the Borrower from time to time party hereto as Guarantors, each Lender from time to time party hereto, and GOLDMAN SACHS BANK USA, as Administrative Agent.
