This Third Amended and Restated Joint Filing Agreement, dated April 6, 2015 (the “New Joint Filing Agreement”) replaces the Amended and Restated Joint Filing Agreement filed as Exhibit 99.8 to the Schedule 13D/A filed on February 14, 2014 by Frost Gamma Investments Trust and Dr. Phillip Frost.
