This CREDIT AGREEMENT is made as of March 27, 2015 among UNIVERSAL HEALTH REALTY INCOME TRUST, a real estate investment trust organized under the laws of the State of Maryland and having its principal place of business at 367 South Gulph Road, King of Prussia, Pennsylvania 19406 (the “Company”), the financial institutions from time to time party hereto (individually, a “Lender” and collectively, the “Lenders”) and WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as administrative agent for the Lenders (the “Agent”).
